Just Flowers

This series of flower photographs reflects the expressions of the garden, just below the surface, and beyond the passing glance. Digital photographyy is the bridge that brings this precious realm into full, radiant view. In the garden, I feel the blush of sun against my face, a light breeze. Thinking stops, and I am present. The kingdom of flowers draws me intimately close to tell their story of what lies beyond the surface of a petal. Measuring light, I discover the radiance of the flower that is its essence.
